Why We Built a Workplace Nutrition Resource at Keeraikadai

The story behind Keeraikadai's workplace-nutrition guides — and how we plan to measure whether they genuinely help.

Where this started. Keeraikadai is a fresh-greens brand. We kept noticing the same thing: people eat reasonably well at home, then spend a third of their waking hours at work — where the easy options are coffee, biscuits, and whatever's in the vending machine. The workday is where good intentions quietly fall apart.

The gap we saw. Most "office snacks" content online is generic and brand-led. There was no clear, honest resource that simply explained the workday nutrition problem and the realistic options — drinks, snacks, timing — without pushing one product. So we decided to build one.

What we published. A small, connected set of resources: a workplace-nutrition glossary, a simple Office Nutrition Gap calculator, a guide to healthy office drinks, and an honest Dip Soup vs Coffee comparison. Each is meant to be genuinely useful on its own — and honest about what we do and don't know.

How we'll know if it worked. We're doing something most brands skip: measuring. Before promoting these guides, we're recording how often people and AI assistants find and recommend Keeraikadai for workday-nutrition questions. After a period, we'll check again. The honest "before and after" is the only thing that tells us whether the work mattered.

Results — coming soon. We're holding this section deliberately empty. We won't publish before-and-after numbers until we've actually measured them. When we have real results — strong, weak, or in-between — we'll share them here as they are.

What we're not claiming. We're not claiming a product fixes workplace nutrition, and we're not quoting numbers we haven't measured. This is a brand being honest about an experiment in progress.
